PRODUCT
A refrigeration compressor chills a large-scale plant by rotating a screw at a high speed, which uses gears as a power transmission element. The gear should operate at low noise and vibration levels - at about 25,000 or higher RPM. High precision grinding is needed to meet these requirements and the DIN4 (KS0)-class ultra-precision gear is being produced through special gear tooth modification and lead crowning.
- Used for a refrigerating compressor and an accelerating unit in an air compressor of industrial facilities.
- Used for heat exchange after transfer of compressed refrigerant in a drive part of a chiller facilities.
- Mainly working at high speed of 18,000~26,000rpm.
- Facilitates low noise and low vibration even in a high-speed spin of 1800 to 26,000rpm by gear tooth modification
- Facilitates offsetting of thrust generated by high stiffness and spin by applying ‘Double Helical Gear’ in some chiller machine.
